Home Inspection

At Straw, Sticks & Bricks Home Inspection, we believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect. Costs vary depending on the size and type of property, but here are the average ranges

Standard Home Inspection

  • Small Homes (up to 2,000 sq. ft.):  $250 – $349

  • Medium Homes (2,000 – 4,000 sq. ft.): $350 – $450

  • Large Homes (4,000+ sq. ft.):  $500 – $550

Specialty Inspections & Add‑Ons

  • 4‑Point Inspection
    (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC):  $75 – $175

Other Services

  • Pre‑Listing Seller’s Inspection:  Same as standard home inspection pricing

  • 11‑Month Warranty Inspection:  $250 – $350
